Our Clinical Practice
Our Christian faith based center enables us to offer effective individualized outpatient care. We treat a number of mental health disorders and provide a caring and empathetic environment to individuals and their families.
Our Treatment Focus
Our focus is to help individuals heal and reach their full potential emotionally and spiritually. We believe that every individual is uniquely created by a God who loves them and desires to have a relationship with them through which deep healing and transformation is possible.
In our services we provide a safe space in which we listen to your concerns, customize a treatment plan, and then help you to grow in the direction of wholeness and healing.
We treat depression, anxiety, relational concerns, grief and loss, sensory processing issue such as ADHD and ASD, cultural issues including overseas experiences and services provided in Spanish, child and adolescent services, and spiritual concerns.

About Me
Heather James MA, LPC
Heather obtained her BA in Christian Education with a minor in Psychology from Taylor University in 2006 and earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College in 2021.
She also received training as a biblical counselor from BCI (2006-2008) and El Alfarero Bolivia in 2012.
Heather grew up in Bolivia (South America) and is fluent in Spanish, which enables her to relate with people of diverse backgrounds and provide services multiculturally and multilingually.
She began her career as a bilingual women's advocate at the Domestic Violence Center in Cleveland, OH. She then returned to Bolivia as a missionary counselor and provided biblical counseling in Spanish to various populations, including school counseling for middle-school students through a NICS international school, counseling for young mothers facing pregnancy crises and single motherhood through a local student center ministry, and local church counseling for women and their children.
In 2021, Heather founded Living Wellsprings LLC, in the Cleveland area. She is also an affiliated counselor in partnership with Grace Church CMA in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, where she serves clients from the local area. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Christian, she is dedicated to helping clients navigate emotional and spiritual challenges.
Outside of her professional life, Heather enjoys spending time with family and friends, savoring a good book with a cup of coffee, and exploring the great outdoors. She is passionate about seeing individuals restored to healing and living abundant lives, empowered to make a positive impact in the world.
